Listen up, folks! Seriously, steer clear of this company. If you want to feel anxious and stressed, then go ahead and order something. I fell for their sweet-talking ads and ended up in a bad mood. Plus, they’ve figured out how to erase their tracks in emails with customers by deleting messages.

On January 3, 2023, I made a purchase for some halogen bulbs. They were supposed to ship to the USA. Here we are, a month and a half later, and still no sign of my order. These folks are not trustworthy. Just keep your distance from them.

This company is incredibly dishonest. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re using some kind of computer viruses. After I sent the payment, I tried to communicate with them through email. Eventually, all our messages vanished, and I didn’t do it. That’s their way of covering up. Now, I can’t even find my order number. I attempted to chat with the seller, but they blocked my IP address. I couldn’t access the address listed on their website because it was also blocked. My emails just sat in drafts. Do yourself a favor and don’t engage with this company; it’s risky business.

I ordered from Svetila.com, and they sent me something that was actually out of stock. Plus, they totally ignored my email asking how long I'd be waiting for my order. I really can't recommend this store at all.

I’m really bummed out about this whole situation! I decided to buy from Svetila.com thinking I’d get my order quickly. But after waiting three weeks for the item I ordered to finally arrive, it turned out to be defective with a clear manufacturing flaw. I just don’t get how the product wasn’t checked before it was sent out. Not having this part is holding up my projects, and now I’ve got to waste even more time applying for a refund and hunting for a replacement somewhere else.

P.S. - November 19th, 2021. Svetila.com finally responded to this review. Can you believe it took them a whole year?

While the communication was polite, my issue was never addressed. The new UV bulbs I got didn’t fit the base at all. When I reached out to 'T' at Svetila, this was his exact reply:

"Dear George,
Lamps are factory produced so I have no power to give you any further help, maybe you can find a department Philips USA if they can help you."

I was shocked. In my four decades as a customer in Canada, dealing with countless businesses, I’ve never encountered a seller who wouldn’t take responsibility for a faulty product and instead directed me to the manufacturer! Even though T was always polite in his emails, the service left a lot to be desired, which is why I’m giving just one star.

The ordering system on the site runs smoothly, shipping overseas is a breeze, and they've got a fantastic variety!

This was the second occasion I received a delivery of Svetila. No issues with the payment process. The shipping was quick and the items were securely packed.

It took a whole 10 days for my order to arrive, and to make matters worse, the items I received weren't what I had actually ordered. I specifically asked for 12W LED lamps, but they sent me 9W instead, and there was no explanation given.
